the new pad - welcome home

it’s pretty much all good now.

we’ve moved on up like the jeffersons

into a 3rd floor flat
with 3 BR and a “den”,
2.5 BA,
an modern eat-in kitchen,

and patio.

the master BR window faces the south
and thus gets sun all day,
so we spend a lot of our time in this room.

in general, the apartment keeps pretty warm.

the kitchen has a new stove that doesn’t require us using a lighter
– except for the oven –
as well as a new washer.

the stove is still connected to a gas tank

and we still have to dry our clothes on the line,
but that’s the standard in amman.
i can live with that.

i can even envision having a child here, inshaAllah.
