i call myself a designer

i really admire the design field
from architecture and graphic design to woodworking.
i would like to delve into all those things.
i will find the time, inshAllah,
and more of it as my girls grow older
and get involved in their own passions and interests.
i can’t shoulda-woulda-coulda
but i can dream and plan prayerfully.

then one day, if Allah wills,
we’re gonna build our own earth-friendly, people-friendly modern oasis
al-la-dwell magazine,
one of my favorite magazines.
talk about someone happy to get mail.
i read it several times,
highlight AND take notes!
